Returns: Skin Health Science offers a 100% money back refund in the event our product is found faulty or damaged. Returns will be processed via the same method used to make purchase. Allow up to 4 business days for Skin Health Science to process your refund. Please refer to your financial institution, for payment processing timeframe.

Return Process:

Please email Skin Health Science directly at returns@skinhealthscience.com.au. Skin Health Science will honour a full refund as per Consumer Law.

A refund will be honoured as per the following:

• ACCC guidelines: https://www.accc.gov.au/publications/refunds-returns
• The product is faulty
• Returned unused, intact & not contaminated within 30 days of purchase
• Provided proof of purchase via tax invoice from your online order and or bank statement.

A refund will not be accepted in the following circumstance.

• No receipt or unable to provide proof of purchase.
• Product has been used or damaged.
• Change of mind.
• Not returned within 30 days of purchase.
